Refund & Cancellation Policy

48-hour no-questions refund

If you are unsatisfied with any purchased report for any reason, email care@shubhlekha.in from your purchase email within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID. We refund in full — no questions, no forms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (Razorpay's processing time).

Wrong birth details

If a report was generated from incorrect inputs, we regenerate it once, free, with corrected details — within 7 days of purchase. Just reply to your delivery email.

Non-delivery

Reports normally arrive within 10 minutes. If yours hasn't arrived within 24 hours (check spam first), contact us — we re-send immediately or refund in full, your choice.

Cancellations

Digital reports begin generating immediately after payment, so pre-delivery cancellation isn't applicable — the 48-hour refund above covers you instead.
