Last updated: June 2026 · These terms govern your use of ShubhLekha ("we", "us", the "Service").

1. What we provide

ShubhLekha provides computer-generated documents and reports — including Vedic astrology (kundli, kundli milan), numerology reports and marriage biodata documents — prepared from information you supply, using classical computational methods and curated interpretive content.

2. Cultural guidance, not professional advice

All astrology and numerology content is provided for cultural, traditional and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or matrimonial advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed. Decisions you take remain entirely yours. Matching reports explicitly do not determine the suitability of any marriage; they present a classical framework that families may consider among many factors.

3. Accuracy of inputs

Reports are computed from the birth details you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy; we display a confirmation step before payment. Reports based on incorrect inputs can be regenerated once free of charge with corrected details within 7 days of purchase.

4. Payments & delivery

Prices are displayed in INR (and other currencies where offered) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or banking details. Digital reports are delivered to your email, typically within 10 minutes of payment confirmation.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy — in short: 48-hour, no-questions refunds on report purchases, and free regeneration for input errors.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to harass any person, to misrepresent reports as professional advice, to resell outputs without written permission, or to submit another person's personal data without their consent (joint consent is implied for matching/biodata documents prepared within a family's match-making process).

7. Intellectual property

Your purchased reports are yours to use personally and share with family. The Service's software, templates, designs and interpretive content remain our property.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of cultural-guidance content.

9. Governing law & grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Grievance officer / support: care@shubhlekha.in — we respond within 48 hours. Jurisdiction: courts of the operator's registered city, India.
